In partnership, the City of Kawartha Lakes Family Health Team and the Kawartha North Family Health Teams offer blood lab services for our patients:

* Due to restrictions by the Ministry of Health & Long Term Care, our lab services are available only to patients of the City of Kawartha Lakes Family Health Team or Kawartha North Family Health Team.*

A blood test requisition form and booked appointment are required.
